1st kitchen class. Seabass papilotte with holandaise accompany with sauteed mushroom and potato gratin.
dish  was OKOK.. i wasn’t satisfied with my dish but the comment was not bad. the taste of the fish was awesome but not happy with my gratin as it failed!. chef did not taste our food but judging by looking at the presentation and texture of our dish.
